Welcome to True Bibles! It is our pleasure to assist you to obtain the beautiful Bible of your dreams. Our journey to the point of having this privilege has not been an easy one, and that fact makes every Bible even more special.
As a young boy, I grew up around church, but not long enough to grow roots deep enough to keep me. When I was 13, I no longer attended church. As so many young people do, I quickly took to the ways of this world and spiraled downward. One bright spot was when I was 18, I had a son, Luke! But still I did not turn to God. By the time I was 22 years old, I felt like I was so far down I was almost past hope. I was so tired of that life, and I desired a real change in my life. At this low point in my life, I married my wife, Saira.
My wife and I met in middle school, deep South Texas by the Mexico-U.S border. However, we did not fall in love until we were out of high school and in our early twenties. Once we reconnected, it did not take us long to decide we loved each other and in 6 months we were married!
Unfortunately, that was not the point I where I chose to live for God. For 3, almost 4 years I traveled for work, became tired of it. Marriage was rocky and at times barely hanging on. The void in me grew larger, and I desperately began to seek God. I didn’t even know how to pray. But God quickly moved! (Ps 51:17). A series of events happened that led me 1680 miles away from home to an Apostolic church where I received the baptism of the Holy Ghost in the first service I attended.
God began to work for us! I now had purpose and a great desire to live for Him. I went back home for my wife, and began seeking for direction for a permanent job. When a job opportunity opened in the Austin, TX area, we moved with faith! Upon arrival, we began to attend Calvary Apostolic Church, where we met the Pastor God had for us (Jer 3:15). My sins were remitted on July 6, 2021, 9:08pm (Acts 2:38), when my Pastor baptized me in the name of Jesus!
As you may imagine, given the way it started, our life together has not been a fairytale, but God has been good to us! By God’s grace, 8 years down the road we are stronger together than we have ever been with 2 beautiful children, Kayson & Everly. Our children have been born and raised in the church; our marriage has grown strong! Through preaching and teaching, God has shaped and is still shaping us. (Eph 4:11-12).
We have a great love for Truth, for it has been God’s Word: written, read, preached and obeyed that has given us everything we have today. At True Bibles, we handle this precious Word like the treasure that it is. We are committed to quality craftsmanship, and every Bible is made with true reverence.
