At True Bibles, each order is handcrafted and customized per customer request. Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not accept any returns or cancellations once the order is placed. In the event that we cannot complete your project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you are entitled to a full refund. This policy protects you from paying for services that are not delivered.
Design Changes
No changes to design specifications may be made within the month the order is scheduled to be fulfilled due to materials already being ordered.
Customization Process
Each Bible is carefully restored and rebound according to the customer’s requests, ensuring a one-of-a-kind final product. Because of the detailed work and customization involved, we do not accept any returns.
